Michael Hernandez of the Assessor's office presented an Errors and Omissions entry and the commission voted to accept the correction affecting Parcel #13-03-08-0000-002-003.003 (2025 #3). Commissioner Harry Otto moved to accept the Assessor's Errors and Omissions entry; Commissioner Jeff Hoelscher seconded and the recorded vote was yes from all three commissioners.
