The Washoe County Board of Adjustment on Sept. 3 approved a special‑use permit (WSUP26‑0010) allowing employee housing and an associated RV use at Iveson Ranch, a remote 320‑acre site about 26 miles north of Gerlach. The board also approved most requested variances but denied the pull‑through parking variance requested for the RV area.
