Board approves early work amendment with Pence Construction for middle school site work

Dr. Rob Stewart, the district's capital projects manager, and Bob Collins of OTAK presented the scope of Phase 1 early ground work for the new middle school. Board members asked about the 'amount not to exceed' and whether that figure was competitive; the transcript does not record a dollar amount.
