Council approves easement to correct CityView subdivision sidewalk alignment
Council approved a public access easement for CityView subdivision (off Grizzly Road) so the developer can relocate a sidewalk and proceed to final plat; council urged timely resolution after months of delay.

Public Works staff told the council the CityView subdivision developer constructed a sidewalk in the wrong location and needs easements from neighboring properties on the opposite side of the road to relocate the walk and obtain final platting. Public Works Director Jeff Hurd said the developer has worked on the issue for about six to seven months and the easement dedication will allow the developer to finish the project and begin building homes.
