Amy (Speaker 13) explained that Cloud 10 received a special use permit in 2021 to operate a medical marijuana testing facility at 1636 Hedland Drive and that Acre Labs Missouri LLC is seeking a new permit because special use permits are non‑transferable. She said the new operator ‘‘will continue to operate exactly as it was.’’
