Comal Independent School District trustees convened a governance workshop on Oct. 10, 2024, at the Support Services Building. Board President Russ Garner called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.; a quorum of trustees was present and official notice had been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act (Texas Government Code Chapter 551).
