Esquire Scott Lasley moved, seconded by Esquire Rick Williams, to approve Order #26-02 appointing Todd Davis, Mark Alcott, Jason Boyd, Mike Cowles and Bryan Downing to the Transportation Improvement District (TID). The motion passed by roll call “seven yeas, no nays” and is recorded in Fiscal Court Order Book 21, Supplement 240, 513-A.
