Barbara Fryer, Community Development Director, updated the board on multiple planning items including upcoming City Council agenda items and long‑range planning deadlines. She said if City Council approves an intergovernmental agreement with the Department of Land Conservation and Development, an RFP for the Comprehensive Plan update can be released and work could start in July 2026.
