Council heard a second, related rezoning item covering multiple Ballard Road parcels and approved the conversion from Guilford County AG to Town AG zoning after a public hearing with no one speaking in opposition. Planning staff (Sean Taylor) explained that because the county and town agricultural designations are identical for this set of properties, the change was a procedural step during annexation.
