LeChase and Arcadis representatives gave the Odessa-Montour Central School District board an update on the district's capital project, outlining what Phase 4 will include and the near-term procurement timeline. James Nolan introduced Russ Robinson and Paul Cody of LeChase and Steve Thesier of Arcadis; Robinson said the project "remains on budget" and Cody reported construction progress in classrooms, the fitness center, the bus garage and the emergency generator.
