During the public-comment period, Jill Latray said she had submitted records alleging a potential double-voting incident in the November 2024 election and provided the board supporting documents from both Washington County and Skamania County rolls. "Federal and state laws prohibit a person from voting more than once in the same election," Latray said, and she said the information was shared with the secretary of state and the sheriff's office.
