The county manager read a proclamation at the Barrow County Board of Commissioners meeting on March 24, 2026, formally declaring April 2026 as Child Abuse Prevention Month in Barrow County. "It's my privilege to read this proclamation to celebrate child abuse prevention month, April 2026," the county manager said.
