"For those who don't know, I'm Zane Vance, and I am the president of the senior resource center in Jennings County," said Zane Vance in a presentation that outlined meals, chair yoga and volunteer-led programs. Vance described recent support—United Way granted $1,500 and a private donation provided 2,300 cans of beans—and asked the county to continue support to keep services going and to help replace aging appliances and make exterior repairs.
