Nutter Fort reports Nutter Run complete; Chub Run and Phase II AML projects move forward
Engineering reported the Nutter Run Project is complete pending sample results, the Chub Run sewer project is progressing with a contractor time extension to align with a new wastewater treatment plant, and Phase II AML pre-bid and bid dates were set for late summer 2026, with work to reroute acid mine drainage along Buckhannon Pike.

Town engineers reported that the Nutter Run Project is complete and that samples will be taken on Thursday for testing before the system is placed into service. The minutes state, "Nutter Run Project is complete. Samples will be taken on Thursday for testing. It will be put in service pending no issues with samples."
