Manatee County staff presented proposed amendments to off‑street parking rules (Ordinance 2621) that would expand administrative reductions in required parking for projects meeting criteria — including parking studies, watershed or coastal protections, bicycle or golf‑cart parking, and proximity to transit — and formalize standards for requests to increase parking above existing maxima.
