Warren County Finance Committee approves bulk budgets, defers pay raises
The Budget & Finance Committee unanimously approved a large set of unchanged or state-mandated budgets and deferred consideration of pay raises until later in the budget process; individual increases for Animal Control and EMA were also approved 5-0.

The Warren County Budget & Finance Committee convened April 16, 2026 in the administration building's new conference room and approved its agenda and prior meeting minutes before turning to budget items. The committee voted 5-0 to accept a long list of budgets identified as unchanged or only adjusted for state-mandated salary increases. Commissioner Cole Taylor moved to approve the agenda; Commissioner Tommy Savage seconded.
