Court approves routine administrative items: transfers, claims, orders and bids

The Fiscal Court handled multiple routine administrative and financial items on Aug. 13. Motions approved included interfund transfers, budget transfers, acceptance of the Woodburn Fire Department's quarterly financial report, Orders declaring surplus property (Order #26-32) and surplus equipment for Parks (Order #26-33), authority to advertise for vending machine bids and for portable-toilet and cleaning services for parks, and approval of claims presented to magistrates. Each motion was approved on roll calls of six yeas, no nays, one absent as recorded in the minutes.
