The Halifax County Electoral Board completed the Annual Performance Evaluation for the county registrar during a meeting June 11, 2026 in the registrar's office. Chair Kayla Wade led the board through an in-depth review of all sections of the evaluation; after further discussion the board completed the review and called the registrar into the meeting to review the results.
