Under RSMo §610.021(3) the commission entered closed session at 11:03 a.m. to discuss personnel matters and returned to open session at 11:45 a.m., then recessed until 4:30 p.m.

The Cole County Commission voted to enter closed session at 11:03 a.m. on Nov. 26 pursuant to Section 610.021(3) of the Revised Statutes of Missouri to discuss personnel matters. Commissioner Harry Otto made the motion to go into closed session; Commissioner Jeff Hoelscher seconded. The motion passed by unanimous roll call (Bushman/Yes; Hoelscher/Yes; Otto/Yes).
