An assessor-office presenter described two errors-and-omissions corrections to property valuations. For parcel 5917 (listing name LaLisa Terre in the assessor record), staff recommended reducing the residential building value from 386,700 to 343,294. For parcel 8119 Campbell Road, staff said agricultural land and building values needed to be moved to a separate parcel after a split and provided corrected values for land and buildings.
