Committee approves parcel reconfiguration modification for Pine Lake property
Oneida County approved a modification under Section 15.31(2) to reconfigure parcels in the Town of Pine Lake after staff and the property owner presented revised plans. The modification was approved unanimously.

Staff presented a revised reconfiguration for parcels described in part of SE NW, Section 28, under the Subdivision and Platting Ordinance (Chapter 15, Section 15.31(2)). Planner Scott Ridderbusch described adjustments made per prior committee recommendations; the applicant and Jon Bandow answered clarifying questions. The committee voted to approve the modification as presented.
