Committee approves Pine Lake property reconfiguration under subdivision rules
Oneida County's Planning & Development Committee approved a reconfiguration for property in the Town of Pine Lake (PINs PL-586 series) using Chapter 15, Section 15.31(2) modification authority after staff revisions and owner input.

The committee reviewed a previously considered reconfiguration of property described as part of the SE NW, Section 28, T37N, R9E (PINs PL-586-3, PL-586-4 and PL-586). Land use staff and the property owner (Jon Bandow) described adjustments made per earlier committee recommendations. "Motion by Bob Almekinder, second by Dan Hess, to approve Item #10 as presented, pursuant to Section 15.31(2) Modifications," and the motion carried with all members voting "Aye." The approval was processed under the county's Subdivision and Platting Ordinance provisions.
