Land use specialist Scott Ridderbusch presented the Preliminary Superior Street Condominium Plat for SMOE Properties LLC, a two-unit conversion involving lots on Superior Street and West School Street in the Town of Three Lakes. Staff recommended two conditions prior to recording: submission of condominium declarations to the department and department review of future amendments or addendums.
