The Oneida County Planning & Development Committee unanimously approved Rezone Petition #03-2026, which would reclassify property described as NW NE, Section 35, T37N, R8E (PIN NE-387 and part of NE-370-1, Town of Newbold) from District #2 Single Family Residential to District #4 Residential and Farming.
