County Clerk Ashley Maxwell told commissioners that closing documents were complete for the old hospital site and that ownership has transferred to Rural ReDevelopment Group, LLC. Chairman Gwennap said he and others met with the Wellness Center Committee on Aug. 13 and encouraged regular meetings and development of a long-term equipment replacement plan.
