Audit notes and revision summary
Apr 15, 2025
Audit identified three issues (DRI acronym clarity; the City Engineer clarification occurred the day after the meeting and should be flagged chronologically; and some provenance segments were ambiguous). Revisions expanded DRI, noted the April 16 clarification timing, and ensured article provenance references only transcript segments. No substantive facts were invented.
The full story
Audit review against the Issues Rules found the following: (1) framing/clarity: the minutes reference "DRI" without expansion; the revision expands this to "Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI)" where context warrants. (2) chronology: the budget-transfer discussion includes a staff clarification dated April 16, 2025, after the April 15 meeting; articles now explicitly state that the City Engineer's clarification was provided on April 16, not spoken during the meeting. (3) provenance/segment precision: where the minutes did not include explicit later-segment numbers for adjournment text, articles use the last explicit segment for provenance and mark uncertain endings only where transcript segmentation was not explicit.
