Community Development Director Nick Snead opened the continued public hearing on omnibus development-code amendments (File: TA-25-1), declared there were no council conflicts of interest and said staff had new information that required review by staff and legal counsel. No public testimony was received at the hearing. Snead proposed continuing the hearing to March 10 for a draft presentation and scheduling ordinance consideration for March 24.
