Town Manager Frank Gervasio described a proposal for Holliston to participate in a Regional Shared Housing Services pilot with Hopkinton. The service would provide a point of contact for residents seeking housing options, monitor eligibility for affordable units, and supply technical assistance to local staff, boards and committees to support goals in the Housing Production Plan. Gervasio said the Town would request $30,000 from Community Preservation Act funds to pay for initial participation and could seek annual or multi-year funding.
