Interim executive director Sarah Catanzarite told the board that two existing DDA seats (held by Nick Crabb and Steve Fitzgerald) expire in June and that Secretary Katie Soles' appointment will be revisited by the Town Board after the November election; applications are due June 1 and will be reviewed June 17.

Interim Executive Director Sarah Catanzarite reported that two DDA board seats currently held by Treasurer Nick Crabb and Member Steve Fitzgerald expire in June. Catanzarite said applications are open through June 1 and will be considered by the Town of Fraser Board of Trustees at their June 17 meeting.
