Town Council approved Downtown Master Plan; RFP revision and roundabout work reported

Dax Norton, Bargersville Town Manager, updated the board on several development items. He said the Downtown Master Plan was approved by the Town Council; the Redevelopment Commission (RDC) has requested staff revise the RFP for SR 135/SR 144 to seek a development partner if the prior partner does not meet terms; and construction on the roundabout at Morgantown Road and SR 144 has begun.
