Committee approves three routine resolutions; IT developing agenda/resolution workflow tool

The committee approved three items: resolution 1-26-GO-1 (authorize Phoenix Graphics contract for the Board of Elections), 1-26-GO-2 (renew Image Integrator, LLC contract for the Historian's Department), and 1-26-GO-3 (approve a collective bargaining agreement for Cayuga Community College part-time faculty for Sept. 1, 2025–Aug. 31, 2028). The meeting record shows motions were made and seconded (examples recorded as "Motion by Shea, 2nd by Daly, all in favor") and each item was approved on voice vote.
