The Committee discussed administrative housekeeping: a proposed transfer of historical and cultural responsibilities from Buildings & Grounds to the Historical Commission, which the Historical Commission reportedly accepted at its June meeting and provided a completion promise for year two. Committee members said they would document the transfer in the master file and identified a liaison responsible for recording the change.
