Commissioner Charlene Brown moved on Nov. 1 to recommend passage of Budget Amendment GF-FY 18/19-1 to allocate $4,000 from the proceeds of a surplus tractor sale to the Animal Control and Adoption Center, citing a request from the Health and Welfare Committee. Commissioner Daniel Owens seconded the motion and the committee voted 5-0 in favor.
