Warren County’s Budget and Finance Committee voted to establish a second VOCA (Victims of Crime Act) grant under budget line 53600 and recorded the action as net-zero for the county. The motion to approve the grant was made by Commissioner Tommy Savage and seconded by Commissioner Christy Ross; the motion passed 4-0.
