Public works and contractor representatives described two sewer adjustments tied to ongoing subdivision work. Contractor Vance Broadhead proposed replacing a short 110-foot section of old cement sewer and removing an unnecessary manhole, saying, "It would cost $7,500 to have that done," and argued it made little sense to pave over an old, potentially failing sewer section.
