Waverly Township zoning administrator Tasha Smalley reviewed a draft of 2021 ordinance amendments; commissioners asked for corrections to Article 3 (R1/R2), clearer temporary-dwelling language and definitions for venues and accessory dwelling units. Fleetwood said he would pursue a separate short-term rental ordinance with the township board.
