On April 1, 2025, the Silver Creek Township Planning and Zoning Board approved a request from Sara Helman. Tom Vanek moved to 'approve the request with no future reviews unless of complaints'; Brandon Geyen seconded and the motion carried. Sara Helman abstained from the vote.
