On May 20, 2025, the Silver Creek Township Board of Planning and Zoning approved a conditional use permit (CUP) for parcel PID 216-100-333100. Committee member Mike Helman moved to approve the CUP "as written," and Committee member Brandon Geyen seconded; the motion carried 9-0, with Jesse Dickinson recorded as abstaining.
