The Landmarks Preservation Committee voted to approve replacement windows at the St. Stephen’s parsonage, 30 Bedford Rd. The vote followed a request from Ed Woodyard, who spoke on behalf of St. Stephen’s Church and asked that the parsonage windows be replaced.
