Board approves consent agenda and amends calendar; routine votes pass unanimously

At the start of the meeting the board approved an amended agenda and later approved the consent agenda; both motions passed by recorded votes of 6-0. The Chair noted one agenda item would be pulled from general business and rescheduled.
