Thomaston council authorized a RWHI development agreement amendment, appointed Dr. Penny Cliff to the Historic Preservation Commission, and declared three properties surplus for potential transfer to the Urban Redevelopment Authority.

The council authorized the mayor to execute an amendment to the RWHI development agreement as presented and approved the appointment of Dr. Penny Cliff to the Historic Preservation Commission; both votes were unanimous. Mayor Pro Tem Troy Chaney thanked Jane Burdette for her years of service on the commission.
