Nicholas Solvane, a Montgomery County Juvenile Court judge, introduced himself to council and said he is touring local governments and wants to hear community concerns about juvenile justice. "My name is Nicholas Solvane, Montgomery County Juvenile Court Judge," he said, describing his background (University of Dayton engineering degree, years as a county prosecutor and domestic-relations magistrate) and asking to maintain contact with the city on youth-related issues.
