Board approves fire-services addendum so Village can attach required documents for state Innovation Grant
The Board approved an addendum to the fire-services agreement to satisfy a state Innovation Grant application; the Village will receive about 65% of the grant with Paddock Lake receiving roughly 35%. A prior-year credit amount of $96,204.92 was noted but not explained at the meeting.

Trustee McCabe moved and Trustee Kordecki seconded to approve an Addendum to the Fire Services Agreement required by the Village's Innovation Grant application. President Farrell said the addendum restated the Village's agreement with Paddock Lake and that the Village Finance Director (Janet) located the grant opportunity. Farrell said the Village's share of the grant would be approximately 65 percent; Paddock Lake's share about 35 percent.
