KNDF reviewed materials for the Chesapeake Bay Crossing Study Tier 2 Draft Environmental Impact Statement and identified technical map errors that mislocated the Public Landing and overlaid the Safe Harbor Marina; the board asked the study team to correct the displays. The minutes state that Determination of Eligibility applications exist in Maryland Historic Trust files for Piney Narrows Marina and the Kent Narrows Drawbridge, which is why they appeared as historically significant on MDTA maps.
