Asked how inclusion decisions were carried out, the Library presenter said the lab's role was advisory and that detailed assessments were sent to the project manager, Tom Medema, who then discussed concerns with the submitting states or partners: "We would send our assessments of what those material risks would be to the project manager, Tom Medema," the presenter said.
