At its Sept. 2 meeting the Historic Preservation Commission approved MCAC 2616 (210 Iron Road) unanimously and MCAC 26 15 (935 Osage/Grand View Hotel) by a 5–1 vote; staff were directed to draft Chapter 17 amendments (option 2) regarding demolition and economic-hardship language.
