At a Feb. 27 special meeting the Cascade County Board of Commissioners voted 3-0 to deny the extension for the VTM Blending Facility special-use permit (Special Use Permit #009-2022), reversing the prior approval by the Zoning Board of Adjustments. Commissioner Joe Briggs moved to deny the extension; the motion passed unanimously.
