Dean Snow told the council that Dynamic Recovery’s peer drop-in center has expanded offerings to include a supervised play space for youth while parents or guardians use the center’s resources. The center will host a WRAP training on March 12, 2026, with an imminent veteran-only session planned, and will offer job-service training, a Clearwater Credit Union financial literacy session, an Opportunities Inc. housing workshop and a Neighborhood Works presentation.
