Planning staff presented the Bunny Run Major Subdivision application, initiated by applicant Ryan Buffington, during the March 4 Cascade County commissioners work session. Raina Leavens, identified in the minutes as planning staff, provided the background on the proposed subdivision covering parcels in Section 01, Township 19 North, Range 02 East and referenced multiple certificates of survey associated with the proposal.
