Wes Wood presented the Athletic Report and proposed changes to the Athletic Code of Conduct. Trustee Kerry Fryar moved to approve the 2026–27 Merkel ISD Athletic Code of Conduct with changes as presented by Wes Wood; Colton Grisham seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
